JAVA Developer

Role Overview:

• Lead backend development for our app
• Develop new features and fix bugs
• Be involved in planning and leading solutions from idea to production
• Work collaboratively in an Agile environment, as part of a SCRUM team
• Work with SQL Server, MongoDB, and Redis databases
• Deploy innovative microservices in an OCP environment
• Support scalable, event-driven architecture

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in Java development with Spring Boot
• Experience working with both relational and non-relational databases (MongoDB, SQL Server – required)
• Proven experience in implementing REST APIs
• Solid experience with version control tools (Git is an advantage)
• Strong understanding of Microservices principles
• Proven experience working with Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience with event-driven development (Kafka – required)
• Familiarity with build and deployment tools (Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Artifactory)
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and system-wide thinking
• Ability to lead tasks across organizational interfaces, with strong communication skills, technical and interpersonal leadership, and a desire to grow
• Ability and willingness to take on challenges
• High level of commitment and personal responsibility
