DevOps Manager

A new startup in the Security Operations field, developing a platform for DevSecOps teams to streamline their daily work, simplify and manage processes from investigations, threat management to real-time response.

The company has 40 employees, half of which are in development. Located in Tel Aviv at the Rubinstein House, near the light rail, with a hybrid work model that includes one work-from-home day per week.

Founded a year ago, the company raised $65 million. It was established by former members of Unit 8200/90 and Intel Granulate.

The product is in the final stages of development, running POCs with customers. More details will be provided during the interview

Role Overview-

Managing one team member (with growth potential) with 80% hands-on work, reporting to the VP.

Tech Stack: Linux, AWS, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, Go.

Requirements-

• 2 years of management experience
• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in DevOps roles
• Proven experience in SaaS and B2B environments
• Strong proficiency in AWS
• Expertise in Terraform for infrastructure management
• Hands-on experience with Docker containers
• Solid understanding and experience with Microservices architecture
• Familiarity with Kubernetes for orchestration
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, or Go)
