About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join us and lead meaningful processes within the organization! This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in managing and leading cross-organizational projects, work with multiple interfaces, and make a real impact.

Responsibilities:

• Leading strategic projects from the planning stage through to implementation.
• Working with multiple departments across the organization and collaborating with different teams.
• Analyzing data and generating insights to improve processes.
• Planning and executing innovative workflows.

Full-time availability is required, Sunday–Thursday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree – mandatory; a degree in a financial field – a significant advantage.
• Good level of English (mainly reading and writing).
• Good Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) – mandatory.

• Strong analytical abilities and process-oriented thinking.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a variety of teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
