Our early-stage startup is developing groundbreaking microfiber technology with applications in the textile industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our R&D efforts and drive the technological vision of the company.

About the Role:

As our CTO, you will be a critical member of the leadership team, responsible for:

• Defining and executing the technical strategy and roadmap.
• Leading and building the R&D team.
• Overseeing the development of our core polymer and microfiber technologies.
• Translating scientific breakthroughs into scalable and commercially viable products.
• Collaborating closely with the CEO and other team members to achieve company milestones.

About You:

• Proven track record in a leadership role within chemistry, materials science, or a related field.
• Essential: Deep expertise and hands-on experience with polymers and their applications.
• Experience in textiles or microfiber technology is a significant advantage.
• Strong understanding of materials characterization, processing, and scale-up.
• Ability to attract, mentor, and lead a high-performing technical team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
• PhD or advanced degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
