Quality Assurance Team Lead

Dig provides Social Video Intelligence, uncovering personalized insights for brands. We're seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Team Leader to establish robust QA processes and lead our growing QA team. In this role, you'll be responsible for implementing quality standards and processes, managing team members, and planning future automation initiatives that enhance our testing capabilities.

• Implement and refine comprehensive manual testing processes and methodologies
• Create detailed test plans, test cases, and quality documentation
• Lead and mentor a QA team member, providing technical guidance and professional development
• Identify opportunities for test automation and develop strategic implementation plans
• Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure quality is integrated throughout the software development lifecycle
• Conduct thorough regression testing and validation of software releases
• Report on quality metrics and testing progress to stakeholders
  

• 5+ years of experience at a SaaS company
• 2+ years of leading a QA team
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Experience planning QA automation strategies
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Experience creating and maintaining test plans and test cases
• Ability to prioritize testing efforts
• Experience with Jira
