Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the development and scaling of our product and tech infrastructure. As CTO, you will shape our technical vision, build and lead a high-performance engineering team, and guide our technology roadmap from MVP to a global platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the execution of our overall technical strategy.

• Oversee the architecture, development, and deployment of both front-end and back-end systems.

• Build and mentor a world-class engineering team.
• 
  
• Collaborate with product, design, operations, and marketing to align technical development with business goals.
• 
  
• Ensure robust security, scalability, and performance as the platform grows.
• 
  
• Drive innovation, incorporating emerging technologies, AI, and gamification mechanics to create a next-gen user experience.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in senior tech leadership or management roles.
• 
  
• Proven experience building and scaling consumer-facing platforms, ideally in mobile apps, gaming, or online gambling.
• 
  
• Deep understanding of scalable backend architecture, API development, and system integration.
• 
  
• Expertise in the following technologies:
• 
  
• Back-end: Java, Kotlin, Go, Spring
• 
  
• Front-end: React, iOS (native), Flutter
• 
  
• Hands-on experience with mobile development and cross-platform environments.
• 
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• 
  
• Strong startup mentality: hands-on, resourceful, adaptable.

Bonus Points

• Experience with lottery platforms, fintech, or regulated digital products.
• 
  
• Familiarity with AI, recommendation systems, or gamified UX.
• 
  
• Passion for creating social and community-based digital products.

What We Offer

This position is currently equity-based and unpaid until funding is secured. As one of the founding team members, you’ll receive a significant stock option grant and transition to a salaried position following our next funding round.
