About the Role:

• Join the Production team, consisting of 2 Backend Developers, 2 Frontend Developers, and a QA, reporting to the Team Lead.
• Lead the rewrite of the core system using Go as part of a major company project.
• Take ownership of technical design, architecture, and technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor team members on best practices.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Data, and DevOps.
• Work with a modern tech stack including Golang, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS services, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Participate in on-call rotation as part of the Production support responsibilities.
