Project Lead Customer Relationship Management

A leading insurance company in Tel Aviv is looking for a CRM Systems Analyst and Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and define advanced CRM systems with specialization in call center and chatbot domains.
• Lead and manage CRM technology projects from the analysis phase through implementation and go-live.
• Upgrade and integrate existing CRM systems, including connecting various organizational interfaces.
• Collaborate daily with end users, internal departments, and external vendors.
• Identify business needs and adapt advanced technological solutions.
• Lead and support initiatives to enhance customer experience and service KPIs.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in systems analysis and project management within the CRM domain – mandatory.
• Expertise in call center, automation, and chatbot technologies – mandatory.
• Experience working with insurance companies – significant advantage.
• Strong ability to draft technical specifications and requirement documents.
• Experience working with leading CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365) – advantage.
• Familiarity with customer service processes and customer experience best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple interfaces simultaneously with a broad system view.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team collaboration, and self-motivation abilities.
• High-level English proficiency – advantage.
