Contracts Manager

We are seeking a Contracts Manager for our company's headquarters.

What you'll be doing:

• Provide ongoing advice and support to the company’s sites regarding liability and insurance matters, including reviewing insurance certificates and insurance policies presented by various parties, and drafting insurance clauses/insurance requirements within agreements with suppliers, customers, contractors, service providers, etc., from a risk management perspective.
• Manage bodily injury claims against external parties (lawyers, insurance consultants, and insurance companies).
• Work closely with internal stakeholders across all levels within Israel Aerospace Industries, including senior management.
• Maintain regular interaction with external insurance entities both in Israel and abroad.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law – mandatory.
• At least 3 years of experience managing contracts in a relevant field – mandatory.
• Experience working with clients and conducting negotiations.
• High-level proficiency in English, including reading and writing contracts.
