Linux System Administrator

A leading telecommunications company in Netanya is looking for a Storage Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and maintain advanced storage systems based on leading technologies such as NetApp and DellEMC.
• Ensure high availability, optimal performance, and retrieval of stored data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical storage issues at an expert level.
• Advise and support technical teams regarding data storage and communication solutions.

Requirements:

• Full proficiency and deep understanding in designing, managing, and maintaining storage systems.
• Proven hands-on experience with NetApp storage solutions (FAS, AFF, E-Series) and DellEMC (Xtremio, Isilon, VNX).
• Strong technical knowledge in SAN zoning management (CISCO), performance analysis, and storage system connectivity.
• Scripting experience with Bash and Python, and familiarity with using Ansible for automation and process optimization.
• Experience managing virtualization environments (VMware) and strong proficiency in Linux environments.

Required Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in technical storage roles.
• Significant advantage for experience in large organizations and ISP environments.

Additional Advantages:

• Experience in complex communication environments.
• Familiarity with ISP hardware and network security management.
