About The Role

We’re looking for a brilliant, creative, fun-loving AI Full-Stack Engineer (senior) to pair with data scientists and work solely for the purpose of embedding intelligence (LLM, Agents) into huge scale consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own full-cycle AI development to impact millions of people.
• Own data and AI products end-2-end from research to production to operation.
• Make sure that ideas go into production in a safe, reliable and scalable manner.
• Pair with data scientists from the brainstorming sessions and forward.
• Work closely with product & UX to define and build data and AI products that are fun and easy to use
• Design system architectures, select/evaluate tools
• Drive the integration of agents and LLM-powered features into core products.
• Implement prompt engineering best practices and help build a centralized prompt management system to support various user flows.
• Develop evaluation pipelines for testing, validating, and continuously improving LLM-generated outputs.
  
  

• 6+ years of software engineering experience building production-level web applications in large-scale products.
• 4+ years of experience building reactive web & mobile-web frontends using React/Next/Angular/Vue over TypeScript/JavaScript.
• 4+ years of experience with Python as a proper microservice backend.
• Experience working with LLMs in production including evaluation, and iteration on feedback.
• Passion for clean code and agile work.
• Experience with modern cloud environments (GCP, AWS).
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, vector databases, and RAG.
• Bonus : Working with frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
• Bonus : gRPC, protobuf.
• Bonus : Data engineering experience.
