What You'll Do

As a key member of the implementation team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers have a smooth and successful integration between their systems and ours. This is a great opportunity to develop technical and business skills while gaining exposure to real-world customer environments.

✅ Assist in the process of integrating customers’ internal systems with the Datarails platform

✅ Collaborate closely with implementation and Customer Success teams to support onboarding projects

✅ Document processes and ensure quality standards are met at every stage

✅ Work in a dynamic, collaborative environment where learning and improvement are part of the day-to-day

Requirements

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

✔️ Basic technical orientation – no coding experience required, but comfort with system interfaces is a plus

✔️ Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset

✔️ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

✔️ High level of English – both written and verbal (working with U.S.-based clients)
