Power Electronics Design Engineer - TD3003

A leading company seeks an experienced Power Supply Design Engineer to join the R&D team. The role includes end-to-end development of power supply systems and analog power boards – from concept to final product – including design, simulation, prototyping, optimization, and lab testing.

Responsibilities:

• Design and development of power supplies and analog power circuits.
• Perform simulations, analyses, and lab tests to ensure optimal performance and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, firmware, and mechanical engineers.

Requirements:

• ✅ At least 5 years of experience in power electronics design.
• ✅ Deep knowledge in designing DC-AC, DC-DC converters, and Power Factor Correction (PFC).
• ✅ Strong experience in analog design: power amplifiers, feedback systems, transformers, and switching components.
• ✅ Proficiency in thermal and electromagnetic performance analysis and EMI reduction techniques.
• ✅ Skilled in circuit simulation tools: Matlab, PSpice, SIMetrix, LTspice.
• ✅ Experience working with advanced power components: GaN, SiC, MOSFET, IGBT.
• ✅ Hands-on experience with lab equipment: oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, electronic loads.
• ✅ Proficiency in schematic and PCB design tools: Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, OrCAD.
• ✅ Knowledge of communication protocols such as CAN, RS485, I²C, SPI.
• ✅ Deep understanding of power supply standards and compliance (IEC, UL, EMI/EMC).
• ✅ B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering – with a focus on power electronics preferred.
