Accounts Receivable and Collections Team Lead

How You’ll Spend Your Day

• Lead and manage the customer accounts management and collections team for the private market.
• Oversee credit management and ensure maintaining an appropriate level of credit and collection risks.
• Manage and monitor overdue debts and open balances.
• Provide professional and service-oriented financial and collection support to customers and commercial partners.
• Lead processes and projects within the company's systems.
• Supervise bank reconciliations, credit card transactions, customer, and supplier accounts.
• Generate and analyze aging reports.
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls.
  
  

Your Experience And Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field, or alternatively, Bookkeeping Level 3 certification.
• Proven experience in leading a team in accounts receivable management or collections.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of English proficiency.
