Microsoft Infrastructure Specialist

IT Infrastructure Department | Technology Division

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Microsoft Infrastructure Specialist to take on a central and dynamic role within our organization. This position involves the ongoing operation and maintenance of Microsoft-based infrastructure, including support for critical systems, upgrades, deployments, project support, and issue resolution.

The role reports directly to the Microsoft Infrastructure Team Lead in the IT Infrastructure Department.

Responsibilities:

• Acquire in-depth knowledge and training on systems and products managed by the team
• Execute tasks as part of the team’s quarterly work plan
• Design infrastructure architecture for systems under team responsibility
• Provide professional support and guidance to development teams
• Perform ongoing system maintenance
• Implement and support infrastructure-related projects
• Develop scripts for infrastructure needs
• Conduct performance and load testing
• Troubleshoot issues and support production deployment

Requirements:

• Relevant academic background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems
• OR graduate of a technological military unit / advanced training courses – required
• At least 5 years of experience working with Microsoft infrastructure – required
• In-depth, proven expertise in Azure Active Directory – required
• Experience with Azure Conditional Access – required
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services: OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Apps – required
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting – required
• Familiarity with IIS, SQL, Windows Servers, and Linux – advantage
