Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for tech positions
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and strategies
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and automation tools
• Conduct interviews and maintain a strong candidate experience
• Build talent pipelines and contribute to employer branding

Requirements:

• Proven experience in tech recruitment – agency or in-house
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with advanced search methods
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms
• Independent, organized, and results-driven
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent English – verbal and written
• Academic background in HR, Business, or a related field – an advantage
• Passion for recruitment and a strong understanding of the tech world
