Finance Admin Coordinator - Temporary Position

Job Description:

We are looking for an organized and proactive person to join our finance team as a Finance Admin Coordinator for a temporary period of 3 months.

The candidate will work closely with the Head of Finance and assist in various financial administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and organize supplier invoices, ensuring proper documentation and accuracy.
• Assist with payment processing and track transaction statuses.
• Gather and compile financial data for month-end reporting.
• Handle travel reports and employee reimbursements.
• Communicate with outsourced bookkeepers, both local and international, to resolve documentation issues.
• Support other finance-related administrative tasks as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High communication skills in both English and Hebrew (spoken and written).
• Ability to work independently and follow structured processes.
• Immediate availability and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
• Prior administrative experience is a plus.
