We are looking for a Marketing Product Manager who is passionate about data, adoption, and optimization — someone who can bridge the gap between great product features and real-world business results.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, impact-driven role that focuses on maximizing the value of our digital products.
You will be responsible for tracking performance, identifying opportunities, driving feature adoption across the organization, and ensuring that product capabilities are fully leveraged to achieve business goals.
You will play a key role in turning great product launches into measurable business success.
What You'll Do
- Track and analyze feature usage and key conversion metrics across the platform using tools such as GA4, Qlik Sense, and others.
- Identify gaps in adoption and lead initiatives to close them, ensuring full internal use of new features.
- Work closely with teams such as Marketing, Commerce, Finance, and Logistics to promote and implement platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to clarify requirements, optimize processes, and address business needs.
- Develop and execute internal processes, training, and documentation to support adoption.
- Communicate actively across teams to drive awareness, engagement, and optimization efforts.

Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach to working with data and BI tools (e.g., GA4, Qlik Sense).
- Ability to learn systems and processes quickly and independently.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills — comfortable working with business, product, and tech teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Technological orientation and a passion for digital platforms.
- Previous experience in digital, e-commerce, or BI roles is an advantage — but not required.
