We’re growing – and looking for a creative, passionate Fashion Designer to join our team and be part of shaping our next iconic collections.

What You’ll Do:

🌞 Design stunning collections of swimwear, resortwear, and lifestyle accessories – from concept to final product.

🌞 Build creative mood boards and trend analyses that align with the Alma Ola DNA.

🌞 Sketch designs, develop technical sheets, and work closely with pattern makers and suppliers.

🌞 Take part in brand photoshoots, social media creative direction, and trend research meetings.

🌞 Be involved in the brand’s creative process across all channels.

What We’re Looking For:

🌴 Strong, unique style and a sharp eye for detail.

🌴 Ability to bring fresh ideas while staying true to the Alma Ola brand identity.

🌴 Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

🌴 Deep understanding of fabrics, fits, and garment construction.

🌴 Experience creating technical packs and communicating with production teams.

🌴 Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion design (swimwear experience – a big plus).

🌴 A portfolio showcasing your best work – required.

Location: On-site at our studio in Beit Herut (some flexibility).

Position: Part-Time with an option to move to Full-Time as we grow.
