Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead assessment days for candidates, including conducting simulations and in-depth interviews
Prepare comprehensive professional psychological evaluation reports

Requirements:

Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, registration in the Psychologists Registry is mandatory
Expert certification required
Ability to work as an independent freelance consultant
Previous experience in personnel selection and assessment - A plus

Location: Central Israel, independent transportation required

Work scope: Approximately 100 working hours monthly, Schedule flexibility required
