Tech Lead | Full Stack (Node.js & React)

We are looking for a talented Tech Lead with deep expertise in Node.js and React to join and lead a global Full Stack development team.

What will you do?

• Provide technical leadership for the development team, collaborating with managers located both locally and abroad.
• Take a hands-on role in building end-to-end solutions.
• Drive technology choices, system architecture design, and implementation of best practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Full Stack development experience.
• Proven experience in leading and managing development teams.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js and React – mandatory.
• Experience working in a global environment – a significant advantage.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining close collaboration with remote interfaces.
• Relevant academic degree (B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent) – required.
