We are seeking a GRC Manager responsible for risk management and regulatory compliance to join a leading financial company based in central Israel.

Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage security and information protection projects from planning through execution

-Oversee and implement risk management strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance across the organization

-Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation related to information security, ensuring clear communication of complex concepts

-Implement and enforce adherence to IT standards, regulations, and cybersecurity protocols

-Drive continuous improvement of GRC processes and promote a risk-aware culture within the company

Requirements:

• Experience leading and managing information security projects
• 3 years of experience as a GRC Manager in a large financial institution - an advantage
• Experience writing policy documents and procedures, with strong written and verbal communication skills - an advantage
• Experience implementing IT standards and regulations related to information security - an advantage
• In-depth knowledge of risk management and cybersecurity - an advantage
