Director of Software Quality and Delivery Excellence

We seek a senior leader to strategically build our QA practices, automation tooling, and infrastructure. This role requires strong presentation skills to communicate progress and improvements across the organization. You'll oversee robust QA processes, lead automation initiatives, manage tooling strategies, and guide QA team growth, including DevOps governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• QA Strategy & Processes: Develop and implement effective QA strategies and processes aligned with business objectives.
• Automation Tooling: Lead selection, implementation, and continuous improvement of automated testing frameworks.
• Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, and develop QA and automation teams, fostering collaboration with development and product teams.
• DevOps Governance: Provide oversight ensuring DevOps practices align with quality standards.
• Metrics & Continuous Improvement: Establish KPIs to measure QA effectiveness and drive data-informed improvements.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in QA and automation, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven experience scaling QA and automation in agile environments.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management.

Preferred:

• Worked in large product companies
• Built automation Infra from scratch
• Lead and built a complex QA strategy, technically and product wise.
