We have set a new standard for workspaces that promote productivity, comfort, inspiration, and unique working relationships.We're looking for a hands-on Salesforce Administrator with strong technical skills and a proactive approach. 🧩 What you'll be doing:

• Manage and maintain the company’s Salesforce environment
• Gather requirements from different departments and translate them into technical solutions
• Work closely with external Salesforce implementation partners
• Run tests, troubleshoot issues, support daily user needs, and provide internal user support.
• Own small development tasks and support continuous improvements of the platform
• Operate and integrate tools like Zapier, Jira, and additional cloud-based systems

🛠️ What we're looking for:

• 1+ years of hands-on experience implementing and working with Salesforce – must
• Proven experience in managing , Workflows, Reports & Dashboards – must
• Experience working with Zapier – strong advantage
• Familiarity with Jira – advantage
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• High level of independence and ownership
• Fluent English – written and spoken – required
• Advantage: Salesforce course graduate / Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business

Bonus: Previous experience in co-working / commercial real estate / B2B environments
