We are seeking a CRM Systems Analyst Team Leader to join a leading financial organization located in the center of Israel.
Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage a team of systems analysts specializing in CRM
-Oversee and guide the creation of both High-Level and Detail Design documentation for Dynamics 365 systems
-Drive the implementation and optimization of Dynamics 365 systems
-Ensure the team delivers high-quality analysis, design, and implementation following best practices
-Work independently in a dynamic, multi-interface environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements:
- Experience in direct management of a systems analysis team
- Two years of experience writing High-Level and Detail Design documentation for Dynamics 365 systems
- Experience with the implementation of Dynamics 365
- Ability to work independently in a multi-interface environment
- A relevant degree or systems analysis course - an advantage
