Assistant Controller / Controller – Publicly Traded Real Estate Company

�� Location: Tel Aviv (On-site)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Controller to join our dynamic and

fast-paced finance team at a leading, publicly traded real estate company. This is an

excellent opportunity to play a key role in managing financial operations and

contributing to the success of complex, large-scale real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

 Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS and tax reports for

multiple entities

 Collaborate with external auditors during audits and quarterly reviews

 Perform financial analyses and create business models for various projects

 Address and resolve complex accounting issues

 Monitor and control supplier payments on an ongoing basis

 Oversee daily banking activities

 Partner closely with the bookkeeping team

 Lead and support ad-hoc financial projects as needed

Requirements:

 Certified Public Accountant (CPA), post-internship

 Experience at one of the Big 4 accounting firms – advantage

 Previous experience auditing real estate companies – advantage

 In-depth knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS)

 Proven experience in the preparation of financial statements and tax reports

 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel – mandatory
