We are seeking a Salesforce Development Team Leader for a leading company based in the center of the country.

Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage a team of Salesforce developers, overseeing both frontend and backend development efforts

-Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using various technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and SOQL

-Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code across the Salesforce platform

-Manage user permissions, roles, reports, and dashboards within the Salesforce ecosystem

Requirements:

3 years of experience in Salesforce development, including both Frontend and Backend
Experience leading and managing development teams
Experience with Salesforce technologies such as Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL
Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Experience working with permissions, roles, reports, and dashboards
