Senior Frontend Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer who is passionate about AI and transforming the hiring process for both candidates and recruiters. What You'll Do

• Drive Independent Development: Take end-to-end ownership of impactful frontend projects, striving for the best ROI by balancing innovation, efficiency, and strategic decision-making.
• Develop and Deliver Features: Build and optimize user interfaces that power our SaaS platform, ensuring an exceptional user experience for tens of thousands (and eventually millions) of users. You will work on advanced features, including cutting-edge AI, our anti-cheating capabilities, video platform, and flexible simulation components.
• Shape the Frontend Ecosystem: Help establish and refine coding standards, technology choices, and best practices for the frontend team.
• Build Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance frontend architectures.
• Promote Quality: Implement and uphold strong testing strategies to ensure the reliability and maintainability of our frontend codebase.
• Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with stakeholders across various functions to create user-focused features, participating in everything from ideation to implementation.
• Mentor Team Members: Support and guide less experienced engineers, fostering growth and knowledge sharing within the team.

What We'd Like You To Have

• 6+ years of overall development experience
• 4+ years specializing in Frontend development (or Full-stack experience with a strong Frontend orientation)
• Extensive experience in Vue.js & TypeScript (Flexible to React experience if willing to learn Vue.js)
• Strong advantage for candidates with a PHP development background.
• Expertise in Modern Frontend Development: Deep experience with React, Vue, or Angular, as well as a strong grasp of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Passion for Clean Code: A commitment to writing modular, maintainable, and testable code.
• Passion for Excellent UX: A strong appreciation for delivering exceptional user experiences through intuitive and accessible design.
• Testing Proficiency: Experience in designing and implementing effective frontend testing strategies.
• Collaborative Mindset: A team player who thrives in a startup environment and enjoys working across disciplines.
• Drive and Initiative: A proactive attitude, with a willingness to take ownership and solve problems independently.
• Bonus Skills: Experience in building LLM based AI features. Proven experience as a tech-lead / team-lead. Proven experience working in a dynamic startup environment. Backend development experience with frameworks such as FastAPI, Node, Laravel, or Spring. Experience with AWS and MySQL.
