Yotpo is looking for an Experienced Team Leader to help establish our new Email Growth group—one of Yotpo’s newest and fastest-growing initiatives. This is a rare opportunity to be part of the foundation of a new group, shaping its vision, culture, and impact from the ground up.

Yotpo Email is in hyper-growth, operating in PLG (Product-Led Growth) mode, with self-service for merchants as our top priority. With an infinite TAM (Total Addressable Market), the potential for growth and innovation in this space is limitless.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-impact team, introduce developers to a new domain, and make an immediate difference, shaping the future of email marketing at Yotpo.

What You’ll Do:

• Take an active role in building the group's strategy, defining KPIs, and driving execution
• Build and lead a growing team in a fast-paced environment
• Develop self-service solutions that scale with PLG adoption
• Design and implement scalable, high-quality features
• Mentor engineers as they enter a new domain
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Operations
  
  

• 5-7 years in software development, including 3-5 years as an R&D Team Leader
• Strong frontend development skills specially with React
• Experience with cloud environments, CI/CD, and monitoring tools
• Background in quality assurance and automation
  
  

• Java Spring Boot & AWS experience
• Experience building high-scale, cross-team solutions
