Role Overview:

We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Junior Marketing & Communications Assistant to support our fast-growing team. You’ll work across social media, investor communications, content creation, and guerrilla marketing campaigns. If you're a creative thinker who can move between formal investor updates and edgy social campaigns with ease, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and monitor posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook. Engage with followers, reply to messages, and drive audience growth.
• Investor Communications: Assist in drafting professional communications such as investor letters, pitch support documents, newsletters, and personalized outreach emails.
• Guerrilla Marketing Support: Help brainstorm and execute creative, low-budget marketing stunts. Coordinate with content creators and influencers. Support street promotions, campus activations, and grassroots community efforts.
• Content Creation: Help write blog posts, social media captions, press releases, and event descriptions. Maintain a consistent and engaging brand voice.
• Administrative Support: Maintain the marketing calendar, track engagement data, organize investor lists and media contacts, and support event logistics.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong writing and editing skills (both formal and casual tones)
• Basic knowledge of social media management and advertising tools
• Creative, scrappy, and proactive mindset (especially for guerrilla marketing)
• Ability to move easily between professional (investor) and casual (social) communication
• Basic understanding of marketing funnels and community management

Bonus Points:

• Experience working in startups, marketing agencies, or event promotions
• Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other design tools
• Familiarity with influencer outreach or UGC campaigns
