Job Description:

Alvas Rubber Products, a leading rubber manufacturer, is seeking a Quality Control Manager to join our growing team.

The role includes:

Managing all aspects of quality control operations at the factory
Leading and embedding quality processes
Managing product inspections and handling customer quality requirements
Maintaining current quality standards and preparing for future certifications such as ISO 9001 and ISO 13485
Leading investigations into non-conformities and implementing corrective actions
Defining and integrating quality specifications into workflows and information systems
Working closely with operations, planning, customer orders, and other departments
Reporting directly to the CEO

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment
Advantage for experience in rubber, plastics, or machining industries
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards – strong advantage
Ability to read technical drawings – mandatory
Proficient in Office tools; experience with Priority ERP – an advantage
Strong attention to detail, initiative, responsibility, and leadership skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork capabilities
Russian language skills – significant advantage
Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks over time

התפקיד כולל אחריות מלאה על כלל תחום בקרת האיכות במפעל, הפעלה ופיתוח של המעבדה הפנימית, עבודה מול דרישות לקוחות, והטמעת נהלי איכות.

תחומי אחריות:
