Job Description:

Alvas Rubber Products, a leading rubber manufacturer, is seeking a Quality Control Manager to join our growing team.

The role includes:

• Managing all aspects of quality control operations at the factory
• Leading and embedding quality processes
• Managing product inspections and handling customer quality requirements
• Maintaining current quality standards and preparing for future certifications such as ISO 9001 and ISO 13485
• Leading investigations into non-conformities and implementing corrective actions
• Defining and integrating quality specifications into workflows and information systems
• Working closely with operations, planning, customer orders, and other departments
• Reporting directly to the CEO

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment
• Advantage for experience in rubber, plastics, or machining industries
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards – strong advantage
• Ability to read technical drawings – mandatory
• Proficient in Office tools; experience with Priority ERP – an advantage
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, responsibility, and leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork capabilities
• Russian language skills – significant advantage
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks over time

מנהל/ת בקרת איכות

לחברת מוצרי גומי מובילה בתחומי הרפואה והביטחון דרוש/ה מנהל/ת בקרת איכות.

התפקיד כולל אחריות מלאה על כלל תחום בקרת האיכות במפעל, הפעלה ופיתוח של המעבדה הפנימית, עבודה מול דרישות לקוחות, והטמעת נהלי איכות.

תחומי אחריות:

• ניהול תהליכי בקרת איכות בקבלת חומרי גלם, תהליכי ייצור ומוצרים סופיים
• עבודה מול לקוחות בנושאי איכות, מענה מקצועי וכתיבת דוחות
• יישום והטמעה של תקני ISO 9001, הכנה לתקני איכות מתקדמים (כגון ISO 13485)
• הובלת חקירות אי-התאמה ויישום פעולות מתקנות
• ייזום והובלת תהליכים לשיפור מתמיד של איכות המוצרים
• עבודה שוטפת מול גורמי תפעול, תפ"י, מחסן ושירות לקוחות
• כפיפות ישירה למנכ"ל
• משרה מלאה, א'-ה'

דרישות:

• ניסיון של 3 שנים לפחות בניהול בקרת איכות במפעל יצרני
• יתרון לבעלי ניסיון בתעשיית הגומי / פלסטיקה / עיבוד שבבי
• הכרה וניסיון עם תקני איכות ISO9001 / ISO13485 – יתרון משמעותי
• יכולת קריאת שרטוטים טכניים – חובה
• שליטה טובה ביישומי Office; ניסיון במערכת Priority – יתרון
• יכולת עבודה עצמאית, ירידה לפרטים, שירותיות ומקצועיות גבוהה
• שליטה בשפה הרוסית – יתרון משמעותי
• יכולת תפקוד במצבי לחץ וניהול עומסים
• יוזמה, אחריות, ויכולת הובלת תהליכים
