About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a recently qualified lawyer with 1–2 years of experience who is looking to build expertise in commercial, technology, and data protection law in a supportive, dynamic environment.

The role is remote-friendly, with flexible working hours designed to fit around your other commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements (e.g., SaaS agreements, partnership agreements, NDAs, DPAs).
• Supporting client compliance projects, including data protection, marketing, and privacy initiatives.
• Conducting legal research and preparing internal and client-facing guidance notes.
• Assisting with contract management processes and maintaining internal templates.
• Providing day-to-day legal support to senior counsel and external clients.

About You

• 1–2 years of post-qualification legal experience, ideally with exposure to commercial contracts, technology, or privacy matters.
• Qualified to practice law in Israel.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.
• Commercially minded, practical, and comfortable working directly with clients.
• Able to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in technology, SaaS, ad tech, or data protection is a plus.
• Self-starter who enjoys working independently and collaboratively.
