Position Description and expected earnings

               The free online Algorithmics Sales Manager training must be completed in order to be eligible for employment as an Algorithmics Sales Manager. It  includes standards for responding and following up with clients. 

               Ultimately, the successful Algorithmics Sales Manager will earn a very comfortable living with flexible work ours and a combination of in office and remote work. 

·        If the standards outlined in the Sales Manager training are adhered to, we offer 1,500 ILS cash as a courtesy on the 15^th, or the first Sunday after the Sunday of the general calendar month in person at the office. 

·        If the standards are adhered to for the entire month, we will offer an addition 2,000 ILS cash as courtesy on the last day of the general calendar month. If the last day of the month If the last day is a Friday or Shabbos, the payment will be made on the Thursday before the last day of the month. 

-         In addition, there will be $4 for every TIL student attendance bonus commission

-         In addition, there will be $4 for each paid lesson for any student

For your information. The projected earnings are estimates. The amounts in ILS are based on 3 ILS per dollar in the exchange rate.  This is what to expect but is dependent on the leads and closing the leads. I expect based on what we are learning these are very realistic but not guaranteed. 

30 students attending the TIL and paying for 4 classes that are attended in a month will more than cover all incentives. Consequently, I expect that by the end of the second month, the amount made will be much higher via the commissions. This is based on leads we can really get and corporate standards. At the current exchange rates, that is at least 3,780 ILS. 

               That would mean 3,780 ILS by the end of the second month. 

               By the end of the third month, 5,670 ILS by the end of the third month

               By the end of the fourth month, that would be 7,560 ILS.

               By the end of the fifth month, 9,450 ILS.

               By the end of the year, 22,680 ILS per month.
