This is a full-time on-site role as a Technical Recruiter, located in Holon. The Technical Recruiter will manage the full life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for technical positions. Responsibilities include understanding technical job requirements, developing recruiting strategies, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. The role requires collaboration with hiring managers and other team members to meet staffing goals.

• Proficiency in Hiring processes and techniques
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in recruiting for IT and technical roles is preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
