Mechanical Design Engineer

We're Hiring: Mechanical Design Engineer – R&D and Engineering Department
Location: Alon Tavor Industrial Zone, Afula, Israel

What You’ll Be Doing:
• - Mechanical design of new products from concept to production.
• - Collaborate closely with electronics and software teams.
• - Manage design reviews (PDR, DDR, CDR) and DFMEA processes.
• - Design plastic injection-molded parts and coordinate with external mold designers.
• - Support prototyping and validation testing with cross-functional teams.
• - Select materials and participate in initial production runs.
• - Conduct structural and flow simulations using SolidWorks.
• - Investigate and solve issues in existing products.
What We’re Looking For:
• - B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
• - 5+ years of experience in mechanical design within R&D environments.
• - Experience with multidisciplinary product design (plastics, machining, enclosures).
• - Hands-on expertise in SolidWorks – a must.
• - Experience in integrating mechanics with electronics and software.
• - Advantage: Knowledge in motion systems, thermal/structural/flow analysis.
• - Familiarity with manufacturing processes and PDM systems – a plus.
• - Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
• - Proficient in English – both spoken and written.
