We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Senior Product Designer to lead the design of innovative solutions across our product suite. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in user-centered design, proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance the design process, and the flexibility to contribute to various design initiatives as organizational needs evolve. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Design Ownership: Take full responsibility for the entire design process—from early research and ideation to prototyping and final implementation—ensuring high-quality, user-centered solutions across the product suite.
• AI Integration in Design: Utilize AI-powered tools to conduct research, generate design concepts, and validate assumptions, thereby accelerating the design process and fostering innovation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business objectives and user needs into compelling design solutions.
• User Research and Testing: Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform and validate design decisions, ensuring that designs meet user needs and enhance user experience. Turn complex user journeys into simple, intuitive interfaces that feel effortless.
• Design System Contribution: Collaborate with the Design System team to ensure consistency and scalability across products, contributing components and patterns as needed.
• Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior designers, sharing expertise in design practices and AI tools, and promote best practices within the design team to elevate overall design quality.
• Adaptability to Various Projects: Demonstrate flexibility to pivot between projects and contribute to various design initiatives as organizational priorities evolve.
  
  

• Experience: Hands-on experience designing large-scale B2B SaaS platforms and leading 0→1 innovation projects. 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions and proficiency in integrating AI tools into the design process.
• AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience with a broad range of AI tools for research, ideation, and prototyping. Showcasing the ability to integrate AI into the design workflow effectively.
• Design Tools: Demonstrated ability to create polished, brand-elevating UI. Expertise in design tools such as Figma, with experience in building and maintaining component libraries and design systems within these platforms.
• Front-End Understanding: Strong understanding of front-end development principles to ensure feasible and effective implementation of design components.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and developing innovative solutions.
• Adaptability: Demonstrated flexibility to pivot between projects and contribute to various design initiatives as organizational needs evolve.
