Solution Engineer Team Leader

The Solution Engineer Team Leader at OX Security will spearhead the technical direction for our solutions engineering team, ensuring that our innovative security products meet the needs of our clients. Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of solution engineers, providing guidance and support in technical best practices.
• Oversee the design and implementation of client-focused security solutions, ensuring alignment with their requirements.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to shape product features based on customer feedback and market trends.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor in security solutions.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's technical knowledge and customer engagement skills.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in solutions engineering or a similar technical role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
