Database Administrator

Responsibilities:

- Design and maintain sophisticated financial reporting solutions using advanced SQL queries.

- Troubleshoot data issues, validate results, and deliver high-quality ad-hoc reports and analyses.

- Develop and maintain data pipelines that integrate data from various external sources using PowerShell and SQL scripts.

- Support the migration of complex stored procedures and data processes from SQL Server to Snowflake.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience as a SQL Server DBA.

- Hands-on experience with Snowflake and performance tuning.

- Proven automation skills through scripting (PowerShell, SQL, etc.).

- Strong understanding of data modeling, schemas, and database concepts.

- Solid skills in database design, implementation, optimization, and maintenance.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Advantages

- Familiarity with financial systems or terminology is a plus.

- Experience with AWS is advantageous.

- Knowledge of tools such as PowerShell, SSIS, Rivery, Qlik Replicate, dbt, or Airflow is a plus.
