For a dynamic and private credit fund specializing in providing financing solutions to businesses

A dynamic private credit fund is looking for an experienced and business-oriented Credit Manager to take full responsibility for credit processes and develop tailored financing solutions for businesses across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing and managing business credit processes, including financial analysis and writing credit requests.
Structuring customized credit solutions tailored to each business's needs.
Collaborating with a wide range of financing entities – both bank and non-bank institutions.
Participating in credit committees and decision-making processes related to credit approvals.

Requirements:

Proven experience in business credit – a must.
Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Business Administration / a related field – required.
Prior experience in business development – a significant advantage.
Background in the banking system – mandatory.
Strong financial analysis skills and the ability to draw relevant business and credit conclusions.
Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients and agents.
Initiative, creative thinking, and a drive to lead processes in a dynamic environment
