A leading financial organization is seeking a Head of People Analytics to drive data-driven decision-making in human resources. This high-impact role involves leading a team of analysts, developing advanced analytics tools, and providing strategic insights to optimize workforce management and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Data Strategy & Insights – Develop and analyze key HR metrics, including recruitment, attrition, workforce trends, attendance patterns, productivity, and employee engagement.
• Leadership & Team Management – Lead and mentor a team of HR analysts, fostering a data-driven culture and driving innovation.
• Predictive Analytics & Automation – Implement advanced models and machine learning techniques to identify trends and optimize HR strategies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration – Partner with senior management to deliver real-time analytics that support strategic workforce planning.
• Process Optimization – Leverage data to enhance HR operations, improve efficiency, and drive automation initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or business intelligence.
• Proven leadership in managing analytical teams.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, and SAS.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools and dashboard development.
