Conversational AI Designer (German speaking)

Roojoom is building a next-generation AI Assistant for businesses (PickMyCall.ai)

We are looking for a Fluent German speaker, to join our Conversational Design and Customer Experience team.

This is currently a part-time role, for several weeks, as part of a planned project with a European customer. The role could potentially expand into a larger position with a long term prospect.

In this role, you will design and test dialogues and conversational workflows, in German, building our customers' experience as they converse with our AI assistant. You will work directly with business customers using our solutions, providing support and assisting in their onboarding. As part of your role you will engage closely with Roojoom's product, R&D and AI teams.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the German conversation user experience of the AI assistant
• Build customer conversation intents in German
• Engage with conversational AI technologies such as Natural Language Processing, Large Language Models and natural voice
• Build, analyze and optimize conversation scenarios and flows
• Use technical software tools to build conversations and flows
• Ensure seamless and top class engaging & natural conversations
• Support business customers including initial onboarding
• Collect feedback from business customers and help prioritize
• Monitor performance and KPIs
• Perform end-to-end testing of conversation scenarios, including usability testing
• Become an expert in conversational AI and bot user experience

Required skills:

• Education - bachelor's degree
• Fluent German
• High proficiency in English
• Excellent communication skills
• Great verbal skills
• Superb reading and writing skills
• Advantage - top analytical and technical skills
• Advantage - experience in conversational AI domain / voice assistance / digital assistance / or similar
