We are seeking an IT and Cyber Risk Manager to join the Operational Risk Department within the Risk Management Division of a leading bank.

Responsibilities:

Support the management of IT and cyber risks through various tools and processes.
Oversee technology-related processes and the adoption of new technologies.
Define and challenge risk management methodologies while assessing risks from operational, technological, cyber, and business continuity perspectives.
Identify exposures and propose mitigation strategies.
Conduct risk assessments for IT processes, technology products, cloud applications, and computing infrastructures.
Manage the survey methodology – conducting assessments either independently or through external vendors.
Monitor technological and regulatory developments.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT risk management and information security/cybersecurity – mandatory.
Bachelor's degree – mandatory (a technology-related degree is a strong advantage).
Strong technological understanding (not hands-on) in information security fields – mandatory.
High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel – mandatory.
1 year of experience managing a small team (1–2 people) – advantage.
Relevant certifications in risk management, information security, or cybersecurity – significant advantage.
