IT and Cyber Risk Manager

We are seeking an IT and Cyber Risk Manager to join the Operational Risk Department within the Risk Management Division of a leading bank.

Responsibilities:

• Support the management of IT and cyber risks through various tools and processes.
• Oversee technology-related processes and the adoption of new technologies.
• Define and challenge risk management methodologies while assessing risks from operational, technological, cyber, and business continuity perspectives.
• Identify exposures and propose mitigation strategies.
• Conduct risk assessments for IT processes, technology products, cloud applications, and computing infrastructures.
• Manage the survey methodology – conducting assessments either independently or through external vendors.
• Monitor technological and regulatory developments.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT risk management and information security/cybersecurity – mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree – mandatory (a technology-related degree is a strong advantage).
• Strong technological understanding (not hands-on) in information security fields – mandatory.
• High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel – mandatory.
• 1 year of experience managing a small team (1–2 people) – advantage.
• Relevant certifications in risk management, information security, or cybersecurity – significant advantage.
