We’re in search of an LLM Engineer with a Data Science background to join our Tel Aviv-based team and help shape our Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities. Responsibilities

As an LLM Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and refining Large Language Model (LLM) prompts to strengthen and scale Paradox’s conversational AI capabilities. In this role, you will:

• Design and implement LLM evaluation frameworks to assess and integrate new AI models, parameters, and techniques
• Create synthetic datasets and develop end-to-end GenAI workflows, from data preprocessing to model deployment
• Evaluate and integrate new AI models and technologies, staying at the forefront of advancements in the field
• Design and build AI agents that automate key workflows for recruiters, empowering them with intelligent automation capabilities
• Optimize AI-user interactions through prompt engineering and other techniques to enhance our AI-driven hiring assistant
• Implement practical applications of LLM research findings, creating scalable tools for user-facing applications
• Conduct data analysis and develop metrics to measure the performance and impact of AI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and our global R&D team to drive AI innovation and evolve strategies across our products
  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Data Science or similar roles
• Experience working with Python is a plus
• Deep interest and foundational knowledge in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering
• Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English, including both written and verbal communication
• Ability to learn quickly and maintain attention to detail
• Authorization to work in Israel
  
  

• Experience in UI/UX design, Machine Learning, AI techniques, chatbot development platforms, or NLP/NLU is a plus
