Head of Recruitment

About The Position

We’re hiring a sharp, proactive, and execution-driven Head of Recruitment to lead our internal hiring efforts across all departments – from sales, finance, and marketing to tech, product, and executive roles. This is not a strategy-only role — it's fully hands-on.

You’ll report directly to the CEO and be expected to own the recruitment process end-to-end, from intake to sourcing, screening, and closing. You’ll work in a fast-changing environment where priorities shift daily. You must be flexible, assertive, and highly intelligent — this role is not for the overly sensitive or rigid.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Run the full-cycle recruitment process for diverse roles across the company
• Perform proactive sourcing on LinkedIn and other platforms
• Partner directly with the CEO to align hiring priorities
• Manage and mentor one in-house recruiter
• Maintain and optimize our Comeet ATS and all internal recruitment pipelines
• Create job descriptions and manage postings in English
• Own candidate communication, pipeline hygiene, and reporting
• Drive urgency and precision in every hiring process
  
  

• 3+ years in full-cycle recruitment, at least 1 year as a team lead
• Experience working directly with founders/CEOs
• Proven track record in sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles (sales, tech, marketing, finance, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search
• Experience working in a small/mid-sized company or startup (not enterprise/corporate)
• Native-level Hebrew and excellent English – spoken and written
• Familiarity with Comeet – strong advantage
