Job RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For:
•  A minimum of 3 years’ experience with Paid Media and optimizing landing page experiences to maximize revenue and deep-funnel advertiser KPIs
•  Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to develop cross-department relationships and keep stakeholders informed of performance
•  Nice to have: 3-5 years of experience with Paid Search or Paid Social 
•  Experience using tracking/reporting platforms and/or BI tools
•  Analytical skills: a natural inclination to "follow the data" and make decisions and recommendations based on data - must have the ability to turn data into optimizations
•  Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, etc.) and the ability to analyze large sets of data
•  Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Job ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do:
•  Manage, optimize, and scale performance campaigns across leading platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and more).
•  Analyze campaign data to drive actionable insights and maximize ROAS.
•  Collaborate with creative and product teams to continuously test and develop high-performing assets and strategies.
•  Stay ahead of trends in performance marketing and apply best practices to improve campaign results.
•  Tackle exciting projects, experiment with new tools, platforms, and strategies to push the boundaries of performance marketing.
