Project Manager - Dispatch

AT&T, a global leader in technology and innovation, is looking for a dynamic Senior Technology Project Manager to join our Emerging Technology team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead impactful projects that drive significant value across the company.

• Lead and Inspire: Manage projects from inception to implementation, ensuring they align with organizational goals and meet developer and business needs
• Innovate: Foster a culture of innovation by introducing creative problem-solving approaches and inspiring your team to think outside the box
• Collaborate: Partner with global teams working on business and technical solutions, ensuring alignment and seamless integration with internal stakeholders
• Execute: Create and oversee detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and successful project delivery within scope and budget constraints
• Strategize: Influence product roadmaps and champion the adoption of innovative solutions throughout the organization
• Optimize: Use enterprise experience to refine workflows, improve efficiency, and support continuous improvement in project delivery processes
• Communicate: Provide clear and consistent communication to stakeholders at all levels, sharing updates on project status, risks, and opportunities

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of project management experience in corporate environments and/or fast-paced startups
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and enterprise-level project management
• Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing, cross-functional teams
• Project Methodologies: Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and other project management frameworks
• Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner for diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. PMP certification or similar credentials are an advantage
