Production Facility Manager

Phibro is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Facility Manager to join our team at our Neot Hovav site.

Reporting to the Plant Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Production Operations: Manage and operate production processes in the facility, including the control room.
• Production Planning: Develop and implement weekly and daily production schedules.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to optimize efficiency.
• Quality and Safety Assurance: Ensure compliance with quality and safety procedures.
• Team Management: Lead a team of employees, including training, onboarding, and mentoring.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data and generate insightful tracking reports.
• Documentation: Write procedures and work instructions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree in engineering or management (preferred).
• 3-4 years of experience in manufacturing management, ideally in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in a similar role in a GMP-regulated chemical or pharmaceutical plant.
• Proven experience in people management, including managing shift workers.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
