Senior Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop blockchain-based and fiat-based services using C#, .NET, or Java, with Kubernetes and Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Lead by example by researching, evaluating, and promoting new technologies, tools, and best practices.
• Solve complex technical challenges around performance optimization, fault tolerance, security, and live production systems.
• Contribute to the definition of system requirements and perform thorough system analysis.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Finance, and Legal, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Drive collaboration across teams, effectively managing complex dependencies and ensuring seamless delivery.
• Bring a results-driven mindset, a strong sense of ownership, and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.

What We Are Looking For:

• At least 6 years of hands-on experience in back-end development using C# .NET or Java.
• Solid background in distributed systems and microservices architecture – mandatory.
• Practical experience with cloud technologies – mandatory (Azure experience is a strong advantage).
• Proficiency with Git – mandatory.
• Strong experience with MS SQL Server and database design – mandatory.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker – a significant advantage.
• Deep understanding of software architecture concepts and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience from a technological military unit.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
