Position Overview:

Join our growing Generative AI department to lead and inspire a team of developers focused on state-of-the-art, AI-driven solutions that will take Cellebrite's digital intelligence capabilities to the next level. As a team leader, you'll take ownership from design to production, working closely with stakeholders and other team leaders to deliver impactful features that address complex, real-world challenges, leveraging unique Generative AI capabilities. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our technology roadmap and modernizing our tech stack while driving innovation in AI and machine learning capabilities for investigative solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lead a talented development team focused on GenAI-driven solutions.

Drive the full development lifecycle of AI-powered services and features, from design to deployment.

Work in a dynamic, multi-geographic Agile Scrum environment.

Deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient AI solutions with strong automation coverage.

Influence technological direction and make strategic architectural decisions.

Requrements:

• 7+ years of software development experience with a focus on building AI and data-driven solutions.
• 3+ years of experience leading development teams in distributed AI systems projects within an Agile environment.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality AI solutions in distributed systems, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Proficiency in Python (preferred for AI/ML development) with deep knowledge of machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, and model deployment.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript/React for system integration, building intuitive user interfaces, and connecting the frontend to backend systems
• Extensive experience with AWS for developing and deploying AI-based applications in the cloud- such as Sagemaker, Bedrock.
• In-depth knowledge of data storage technologies:
• PostgreSQL for structured data management
• ElasticSearch for high-performance, large-scale data indexing and retrieval
• Data Lakes for managing unstructured data and big data processing
• Automation and scripting with Bash and PowerShell to streamline processes and improve team efficiency.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based AI solutions and deployment strategies using AWS.
• Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills that drive innovation in technical decision-making.
• Proven experience in time management, collaboration, and leading teams in fast-paced Agile environments.
• Fluent communication skills in Hebrew and English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
