We’re looking for an innovative, hands-on Head of Marketing to join a cutting-edge SaaS startup revolutionizing customer experience through AI-driven conversation intelligence. If you’re excited about building a brand at the intersection of AI, data, and customer engagement — and you love being both strategic and tactical — this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

You'll lead our marketing efforts across brand building, creative campaigns, and performance marketing, while helping shape how businesses unlock insights from millions of customer interactions. You'll work closely with the founding team to create a bold presence in the market and drive early growth.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and own a full-stack marketing strategy across branding, creative, demand generation, and performance marketing.
• Build a recognizable brand that speaks to customer-centric innovation in the AI and SaaS space.
• Drive high-performing marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, and ABM.
• Collaborate with external agencies for PR, creative, media buying, and performance management.
• Manage and scale inbound lead generation and optimize conversion funnels.
• Partner with product, sales, and customer success teams to align messaging and go-to-market strategies.
• Constantly analyze, iterate, and optimize marketing efforts based on real metrics.
• Shape thought leadership around AI-powered insights, Voice of Customer (VoC) analytics, and the future of contact centers.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of marketing experience in SaaS, with strong exposure to both early-stage environments and fast scaling.
• Proven success leading branding initiatives and scaling performance marketing efforts.
• Hands-on expertise in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
• Strong experience managing creative, PR, and performance agencies.
• A creative, strategic thinker who can also execute and adapt quickly.
• Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics, A/B testing, and growth experiments.
• Excellent storytelling, communication, and leadership skills.
• A passion for emerging technologies like AI, data analytics, and the evolving role of customer experience.
